About the Role
Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance tracking.
Utilize social media listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
