About the Role
Collaborate with artists, musicians, and other stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements for music projects.
Produce, arrange, and edit music tracks across various genres to meet client specifications and industry standards.
Oversee the entire music production process, from initial concept to final mix and mastering.
Be proficient in Ableton Live.
Manage recording sessions, including scheduling, directing, and coaching artists and session musicians.
Ensure timely delivery of music projects while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Stay updated with current music trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Provide technical and creative guidance to artists and team members.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote and market music projects.
Create beats, beat kits, STEMs, loops & MIDI files when not actively working with other artists.
Requirements
Proven experience as a music producer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in music production software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live) and recording equipment.
Deep understanding of music theory, composition, and arrangement.
Excellent ear for music and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in various music genres and styles.
Knowledge of the latest music production trends and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in music production, audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
